Error encountered by Crystal PageServer

Hi,

I have only recently taken over the role of reporting within my organisation and know very little about Crystal.

We are constantly receiving the following error msg when running reports.

Error encountered by Crystal PageServer
The error message returned is:

Data on the Page Server may have changed. In order to prevent the display of inconsistent information, the data cached in your browser will have to be refreshed. [On Page Server: REMEDYCS.cacheserver]

To fix this I have to restart the Page Service.

I would be very grateful if someone could detailed the configuration I should check/set to stop this happening.

This is a know issue with CE 8.0.
