Error encountered by Crystal PageServer 1

I've got a few reports in CE that bring back what appears to be too many records. I've gotten the following error and I'm not sure where to start to trouble shoot this thing. I'm more of a CE user than a CE administrator. I've seen previous posts about the PageServer hot fixes, but am unsure if that would solve this problem as well. The issues leading up to those other posts seem to be a bit different than this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The error message returned is:

"Max processing time/Max records limit reached" [On Cache/Page Server: CRYSTALD1.pageserver]

These servers have settings, use the Crystal Management Console to adjust them.

Add -maxDBResultRecords 0
to the page server command line (in the Properties in the CMC).
This is a new setting in CE 8.5. The Page server now defaults to limiting to 20,000 records. To view an on-demand report with more than 20,000 records, you need to change this value. A value of 0 means unlimited.
