Error EC=2005 in CA Brighstore Arserve Backup V9 1

Hi,
on my activity log I see some error messages of this type:

E4101 unable to login to database engin (database=CASDB EC=2005)
or

E4101 unable to login to database engin (database=BrightstorAB EC=2005)

With this type of errors I can't do any restore from backup media because I don't see any session.
How ca I resolve this problem ???

First off try stopping and then restarting the Database Engine. If it still does not help then put both the Job and Database Engines in debug and review the activity log. Hopefully it will contain additional information that will help resolve this. The Job Engine is put in debug via the Server Admin and for the Database Engine see faq478-4182.
 
This is looks to me that your have a database corruption,you should regularlly do a database maintenance from the doc exist in support.cai.com.
