Error E8604 while backing up mail

I am getting the error: E8604 Failed to start backup (DBNAM= Invalid Mailboxes\username. EC=EXCH Exchange Agent - 429 Failed to Open Information Store.

Now I know that these mailboxes no longer exist because I deleted the accounts. Is something wrong with the backups or do I have to do something with my exchange box?
