Hello All,
I am trying to get my Exchange DBA working again, after having to rebuild my ArcServe server. Both servers (Exchange and Arcserve) are running NT 4.0 SP6. I reinstalled the Exchange DBA also.
Whenever I try to backup the Exchange server, I get the following message:
"E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Directory, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (303) "Exchange Server Error. HrBackupTruncateLogs failed. Check Backup Agent Activity Log".)"
As far as I can tell, the information store is backing up fine, it is just the Directory that is not.
I have looked everywhere on the net, and the only reference I can find to EC 303 was in a usenet post describing identical issues to mine. (Unfortunately, there was no definitive solution listed...)
Anyone have any thoughts?
