Hi,

I use Arcserve 2K Enterprise Ed with Win2k Advanced Srv and am trying to backup my notes server using the Notes client agent. Currentley when I try and do a backup I get the above error. It seems to be a problem with the agent somewhere as if I do a test backup of my backup server then there is no problem.

I am relatively new to the joys of Arcserve so I would appreciate any help. I have checked the AS website and have installed SP4 and some recent patches but to no avail.
