I have ArcServeit Advanced edition 6.61, I have 3 Servers that get backed up, 2 of my Server the PDC & BDC get backed up but the 3rd Server I get E3201 unable to connect error. I have the same security rights on all 3 servers.

Any suggestions, I can get to the 3rd Server and drill down to files I want to backup.

Thanks

Need to supply more information on the error code you are receiving. There is normally an ec= portion which may give some more details.

error code as follows:

E3201 Unable to connect to network drive. (Drive=\\ESRERVER
\Databases, EC=Logon Failure)

I have already gone through the steps that are in that article, the strange thing is on 2 of my Servers it works fine but on the Member Server I get the error.

Try making sure you are specifying domain_name\user_name for security. The Domain controllers only have the domain SAM on them, while the member servers will have a local SAM that I believe is checked first. So if you indicate Administrator on all three machines, the domain controllers will look at the domain administrator account, while the member server will look at the local administrator account (may have different password etc).

The security entry was incorrectly entered, username/domain instead of domain/username.

Thanks for help
