Hi All,

I have some recordings with the error E121141.Those recordings contain no voice.

Could you help me please?

Configuration:
NiceLog 8.9
CTI AES
Active VoIP Logger.

Hi,

It was due to a limit of Avaya Licence to monitor agent.
Avaya CMAPI Licence.
