Error E0015 1

I am trying to do a restore using ArcserveIT on Netware server. It seems to start properly and sits there trying to locate the files on the tape and then suddenly is says that the job is finished. The error that comes back is "E0015 job 381: Restore Operation Failed" and that is the only explanation that I get. Apparently this error number can come up while doing any kind of job and is the explanation for it is not very helpful.

Has anyone else had this problem?? If so did you find a solution.

This could be a license issue. Check your netware and arcserve licenses. Also, if you're trying to restore a distant server, keep in mind that Arcserve could use up to 3 concurrent connections... Hope this helps
