error during webservice call

Hello,

I have a witness server that we are accessing from multiple machines using Eyretel Contact viewer. we installed observer on two more machines and are getting "error in search" and "error during web service call" messages and the data is not populating. from several other machines its works fine. i think it's some sort of java issue but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
