Error during execution

I have a DTS package that is being run from MSAccess but it keeps failing, enclosed is the error log.. Question is I don't understand on which part it's failing is in the SQL Execute Task or when I define the Global Variable..

Looks as if the fields in your file you are importing do not conform to the columns in the table(s) you are importing into.

An example would be trying to insert a varchar string from your file into the associated column in your target table that is defined as an Intiger.

Thanks... One more question should I be concerned about this part, even though the file path works correctly

If it is grabbing the correct file ... I do not see why not
