Error during Exchange 2000 Install. Please Help Me!

I have repeatedly tried to install Exchange 2000 but every time I get the following error message:

"Setup failed while installing sub-component Information Store Service with error code 0XC00703E5"

As a result, I am unable to create mailboxes. When I try to create one, the mailbox store combo box is empty. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening. I realize this is an Exchange 5.5 forum, but I didn't see an Exchange 2000 forum.

I will be forever in your debt if you can help me solve this problem.

Did you install all the necessary components. SMTP NNTP when you installed Windows 2000?

The error code on your screen is all you need.

If you only want Microsoft's answer, type the error code into their search engine. Microsoft even has an FAQ about this particular error!

If you want "everyone's" input, go to a web search engine such as Google or Lycos. I did that and got LOTS of hits.
