Error during backups

We are having an error occurring when doing backups. The error message is:

the write call failed for device '/dev/nrmth0h' with error number 22 (Invaild argument)

Any direction you could give me on this would be greatly appreciated.

The tape device is a TZ875

what is the command you are using? Can you also post a hwmgr -view devices and mt status
