ERROR - DPR-ERR-2069 Saving reports to PFD/EXCEL etc.

I get the following error when saving reports to Excel/PDF etc.

This simply just started happening and we can't figure out why or how to fix it. Restarting the ReportNet Server dod not correct the error. We are working on an AIX plateform.

Sounds like it can't find a saved version. Has someone changed the report to display saved version rather than run

DPR 2069 does not tell you much.

what i would do is this:
-look at the clock on your computer
-try to save the report.
-look for DPR 2069 as you see in cognos configuration in the crnserver.log.
-look above and below that to see what is going on.

if there are errors just put them in the cognos knowledge base.
