Error displaying page on CMC

Hi to all forum members

I had a post recently about my parameters page not displying the default parameters in the CMC, although you can set them in schedule.

I have descovered that on clicking the parametes page under process on the CMC page it produces a ASP error:

Error: 'promptArray.length' is null or not an object

This is a fresh install with latest SP and Hotfixes onm server 2003, I have the same setup an a test box and it is fine, is there anyone who knows if it may have anything to do with ISS 6 config?

What could possibly cause a ASP error on the server?
Any hints or pointers from you CE heads would be a great help

Hi,
IIRC,parameters are stored in an array and the code loops thru the items in that array to display them..For some reason, the code is unable to assign the correct object to the promptArray variable..
I do not know why this would happen however, so maybe someone else can help solve it.

Have you tried re-importing the objects from the test setup that is working?
