error dialog box without text

Hello

I'm working with Progress9 and I have a problem with the error message.
In development enviroment when I generate an error, the error-text appears in the dialog box (executiong both in FAT and THIN).
When I deploye the programs to a real enviroment and follow the same steps, the result is a empty dialog box (without the text of the error).
Anyone can help me?
