Error Detected by database DLL

Hi there!

I have Crystal Reports v8.5.2.718 and have created a Crystal Report for a lotus notes database(which resides in a Lotus Notes Server 'DEV02'). I am able to generate the report when I run from Crystal Reports Client.

But when I call the same report from the web, using Crystal Enterprise, I get the error "Error Detected by database DLL".

I tried changing the server name from DEV02 to 'Local', but that did not work.

Has anyone come across this error? Please let me know.
Also, FYI, Crystal enterprise is installed in a IIS machine.
