Error detected by database .dll

I have create a project in VB6 with crystal report version 3.0.1.32 database microsoft access 97, When I run the program it's work fine in my computer, then I use package and deployment wizard and put it on NT server, my database in server.
But when I install to another PC, I have error message :
an error occured while registering the file "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CRYSTL32.OCX"
I register in windows : run regsvr32 crystl32.ocx
then I can run the program, but when I print report another error message come out : error detected by database .dll
Please any body can help me to solve this problem ?
Please help.....
