Error detected by database dll

Hello, I am running reports from an application which uses microsoft text driver data to generate the report.. This works fine with my default regional settings set to English however when I switch to greek, I get this error... This works fine in greek for other reports generated using oracle odbc.... any help on this topic would be appreciated.
