Error Description

I'm recieving the following error when attempting to add lines to my master script. What should i look for to clean this up?

Line: 13 Position: 29 Code: 4100 Error: An undefined identifier is encountered.

You are most likely trying to execute a primary script that either doesn't exist or is not active. But you need to do as pronei says and post the line 13 so we can take a look otherwise we will be guessing.

I would assume that error means Promo1_vs is not defined correctly.

What type & class of variable is Promo1_vs?

I agree with pronei, I also assume you have an "OPEN VOICE SESSION" command before this, or "GIVE CONTROLLED BROADCAST ANNOUNCEMENT". Sorry if this is obvious but we have no way of knowing.
