Hello,

Due to work commitment, I'm supporting Lotus Notes and I am a newbie at it.

My problem is, when I send an email to a user in Lotus Notes using the web interface it gives this error message.

Your document:
was not delivered to: bs****@cais.unimas.my
because: Error delivering to bs*****; File does not exist

I checked in the drive that stores the mail databases, the nsf and id of that person exist execpt there are two copies of the nsf at different drive path.

What gives? My apologies if this question has been answered before and probaly someone could point me to where I can read about it.

Sounds like the mail file doesn't exist, or the wrong location is specified in the Person Doc. Go to the Person Document for that user in the public address book. Under the "Mail" Tab verify that the correct servername is indicated and that the mail file is correct, for example MAIL\SBROWN. Verify that the file specified actually exists in that location.
