I have MS Small business 97 that I recently upgraded to MSSB 2000. When I attempt to start a new file:File>New>Gallery>Custom>SLQ/ODBC an error message appears that states "no default mail client is set or the one that is set cannot handle the messaging. Open Outlook and make it default." After I OK this three time I can go ahead with the creation process. <br><br>What is going on?<br><br>G

Dear G:<br><br>I had the same problem. I use Outlook Express not Outlook. <br><br>When you launch Crystal choose<br><br>File/Options/New Report - Click on mail and select your e-mail application, if displayed.<br><br>If the application you select is your default mail program - no problem.
