What is your SP level on GroupWise 6?
Never run into this one my self. Searched around and could not even find a reference to what the error message means on Novell or other tech sites. You may want to call NTS or your local channel partner to help.
Few questions:
What OS is the user running? Any other users seeing the error(s)? Can this user send mail from another PC successfully? If so, you may want to re-install the GW client on the user's PC. If s/he can't send mail from any PC, and it's only that user, this link may help:
I don't remember ever seeing that particular error message before. However, I do remember getting one user getting really weird errors before when sending her email. It ended up beinging dual-entry corruption of her "Frequent Contacts" folder. Somehow, emails she would attempt to send would "fragmitize" (for a lack of better words) and start returning error after error. Removed all frequent contacts from users address book. This resolved the issue.
