Error creating Virtual Interface for local interface

Hi,
I have successfully connected through a Netscreen-Remote VPN before. Now my connection is messed up. When ever I start the connection, I get this error

Error creating Virtual Interface for local interface 10.1.27.32, err=RASSTATUS_NO_PROTOCOLS
