Error creating User Ids

I am having a problem creating User IDs on our network from a template using Console1 ver 1.3.5; I click to select a new user, then point to my template, and click OK. Usually, after a minute or two, I receive the following message:

"(Error-614)An attempt was made to add a duplicate value to the specified property. Unable to apply the selected Template to the new User object."

The ID will be created, but many of the fields (mainly the memberships) will not be populated. If I keep trying, the ID will usually (but not always) properly create. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like replication issues... You need to do:

- Full NDS health check. make sure NDS is in good shape.
- Download ConsoleOne 1.3.6e and use it.
