Error - Could not Connect to Authentication Server

Not sure if this is a Citrix problem or not, but posting just in case. I have a web-based app that I've installed on my Production Citrix servers (2-PS4 servers). I'm preparing to go live with Citrix Web Interface. I just built a test PS4 and a test WI server. I installed the web-based app on the test PS4 server as well. I have checked the properties of the published app in my live farm and in my test farm. When I launch the app in live, it launches just fine and I'm prompted for the typical user/pass that I expect. However, when I launch it from my test citrix web interface page, I get the typical user/pass login page, but it won't let me login (using the same test account on each). On the test WI page, when I click Login (for the app that is, I'm in Citrix just fine), it gives me a popup that read "Could not Connect to Authentication Server".

It seems I saw this at one point when someone was trying the app out for our live environment and I thought I cleared History and Cache in their IE and it worked fine. But that is not working for me when I try this out on the test Citrix WI page.

Again, I get in all the way just fine using the live Citrix WI page, but not on the test WI page. I'm able to login to Citrix just fine, but when I lauch the app, I cannot log into the app on the test environment. Sounds like an app problem, but wasn't sure since I can't get in touch with the App Admin at this time. Can anyone add anything?
