error copying files and folder with longnames

Hi,
I have Novell Client 4.80 installed on Windows 2000 Pro SP2. When I copy files and folders (created from win95 machine with Client 2.20) from server(NW5) halfway it will stop and prompt cannot find network drive or path not found? Why???
