Error Connecting to SAP DecisionStream

HI,
I am using SAP Connector and are trying to connect to our SAP system but get the following error in DecisionStream's SQL Window

1. ERROR
DS-DBMS-E400: UDA driver reported the following on connection 'Connection1':

DMS-E-SAP_GENERAL_FAILURE, SAP returned message: Background job not started. SAP error code = 28. SAP exception raised: OTHERS


Any ideas? All replyes are most appreciated
