Hi, I have a site using Micros 5.5 3700, Windows 7. They are daily, sometimes more than once getting, an error connecting to autoseq pc message when trying to run a report on the WS. To resolved it, we end the autosequence program in TM and then go into services.msc and start it back up and then do a restart on the micros remoting service. This was intermittently happening at several locations until we started doing an automatic reboot on them once a week but this site continues to have the issue. Now, they also can't run any reports in the office from the autosequence and reports application either, they are getting an error- exception ESOAPHTTPexception in module reports. I have tried the following steps- Uninstalled the autoseq and reports services and reinstalled them and also rebooting the pc daily. Has anyone else come across this and can't solve it. I did also ran a DB rebuild a couple times.
