Error connecting to Admin Server Database

InoculateIT Advanced Server v6.0.96
NT4 Server sp6

When I try to connect to the Administrator's View from any administrative computer, I receive the following error message:

Error connecting to the server [servername]. The account was not granted access to the Admin Server database.
Unexpected error occurred.

If I try using a different login account I receive an "Access Denied" message so I know that the account/password is correct.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

Try using <domainname>\username or <machinename>\username when connecting to the admin server.
