Within the past 3 days (and maybe even longer) when the Opt 11 does its audits during the day/evenings it started spitting out the following error codes:

Err4019 352
Err4019 353
Err4019 775
Err4019 348

Everything is working fine and no one has mentioned to me any problems. I’ve been digging around the manuals and documentation that I’ve found but haven’t located anything about error code during system audits. Can anyone point me down the right path with what these codes mean?

Thanks.
Joseph Sak.

Ah ha, found the error code!
ERR4019 dn Invalid DN was sent from a VAS when requesting Message Waiting Indicator
(MWI) update. Output: The affected DN.
Action: Check the DN. It may have been removed in the Meridian 1, but not the
VAS.

So basically if i'm understanding this right, somones MWI (flashing light that says "hey you have voicemail") isn't flashing? And what is the VAS? :)

Yes you are right - Mer Mail is trying to turn on a lamp for a phone that does not exist. Do one of two things:

1. if mailbox is no longer needed - delete it
2. if user has a mailbox but no phone - remove the message waiting DN in the mailbox

if this is for acd group or set that you donot have but want to keep the dn you need to get into the mail box and scroll down to "mwi dn" and delete any dn that is on the right of this field.. your mail is trying to light a lamp that is not the .... do this if you still need the mailbox......as a guset or whatever...later
