Error Code

This is a Merlin Magix system. Several times a day on only this extension (that I am aware of) it rings once or twice and on the display it says this: COV NOA 339. Any ideas on what this is. It just started about a week or two ago. And this extension is just a normal extension not the programmers or anything fancy like that.
