Error code: 800403FE (Path Not Found)

Hi
can any body help in to resolve the error.I getting the following error. Actually i need to copy some files from another server to local & then these files to be populated to ODS. When execution of same package was perfectely working fine(populating data to ODS) but when iam scheduled these package as a JOB its giving error.

Can anybody know how to resolve this problem ,plz reply ASAP.

Does the owner of the job that is executing your DTS package have priviliges to the path where the files reside?

Yes ,Owner has access , executing manual was working fine and when iam putting same package to schedule as Job, its giving error which i mention earlier.
