Error Code 7801

Have any of you Legend guru's seen the Legend error code
7801..which is "not in normal OP mode".
This is happening to a Merlin Messaging 1.1 (magix version)
in a clamshell.
The processor is a CKE3 r7.0142 w/ 408 & 0x12 w/rg.
This error occurs at about 3 or 4 am daily. Doesn't seen
to affect service.
Is there a possible missmatch or do I need a CKE 4 or 5.
Any ideas.....thanks in advance.
 
You can ignore that error code, it's the Messaging reset at 2 a.m.

Why does it reset in the AM. The docs make no mention of
this. Is this one of those little Avaya secrets????
Could this be a maintenance issue..Cleaning of HD??????.
 
under normal operation, you should not get an error or alarm. something is not right in the land of dairy queen.
