I am getting an error code 7215 in the final stages of build a booklet, i don't know how to solve this. any advice

It's probably got something to do with an element somewhere (text or graphic) extending across the gutter or margins. What you need to do is to watch the screen as it is trying to build the booklet and take note where it seems to get stuck to give an indicatin on which page the problem lies (if the process doesn't even start, the problem could be on your very first page).

In order for the BB function to work, you need to ensure that nothing is outside the final page size. This may mean for the BB process, you have to temporarily crop the offending item(s) and once the process is finished and PM has created its new document, then you can 'uncrop' anything you needed to crop to make it work. This may include things like bleeds or text such as a headline that extends across two pages.

Hi, Ryobi.

In addition to Lyn's rock solid advice, you can also check this page in the Adobe PageMaker Knowledgebase. It says PM6.x, but it covers PM7 too.
