error code 52. laserjet IIp

Finally found a driver for my laserjet but now after the warm up cycle it gives me a code 52. This is probably a well known code for you guys, but I work on cars and to me a 52 is a knock sensor. Can anyone please tell me how to get more info on this? Thank-you very much. Steve.
