Error Code 4

InDesign.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close...I am getting an error Code 4 on the other machine when I try to open the file. My co-worker has saved his version within the upgrade of 3.0.1. I have tried and tried to open the file with no luck, the program crashes everytime, even after a re-install. I am able to open other InDesign files just fine. Is there a work-around to ge things working again here.

Are you using ID3? If you're using 2 or earlier, the ID3 file will give you an error.
