Error Code 25

I am looking for some ideas on how to resolve Error Code 25 that I get on an Impromptu Report. We have a large data set coming into our report and we believe it is causing this error but we have tried various combinations of the buffer settings to no avail. Can anyone give me hand. Here is the error code description

Error number -25:

DMS-B-BADPARM, Parameter 'bufferinfo', passed to 'bulk fetch', is invalid.

Nothing in the Cognos KB on this exact error. They do recommend the following when you get a bulk fetch error:

Solution Description

In the Cognos.ini, which can be found in the Windows directory edit the following line in increments of 512.

[Services]

SortMemory=512
