we are currently running Accpac Advantage Corp Edition V 5.0A(Service Pack 5)

I have a user that keeps getting an error using sage Accpac

"error code-2147467259
Automation Error
Unspecified Error"
While trying to access A\P Aged PAyables Report.

Sorry for the noob question but I just started working with the Accpac software so I'm troubleshooting someone elses work and I'm sure your all familiar with that.

Make sure that PC has all the latest MS service packs, including MSXML.MSI. You should also run the SM service pack on that PC, selecting Common Tools only.

Thanks I'll try that. I know the accpac software has all of the service packs installed but I will perform all the MS updates to see if that solves it.
