Error code [2]

I just re-imaged a user's notebook, installed the GW client and set him up as a limited user account on the XP machine. When He opens GW it asks if he wants to create a remote folder, click no, then it gives the unexpected error code [2]. I can't find this error anywhere. If I log into the laptop as my admin user account it works fine. So I made him an admin, reinstalled GW and still get the same error. Any ideas? Thanks

For what it's worth here is a couple of sites for the error codes pertaining to the GW engine and agents. While the first site is based upon GW v4.x administration/engine errors, I have found it useful in the past just as a starting point when having problems in the engine part of GW.
