Error Code 1068 during backup

I am trying backup a BCM400 3.6 I am getting error code 1068 "error starting Voice mail services" but I only get this message when I backup to a local drive. I have replaced the BFT with the correct one. Also we are using redunantcy on both drives and power supplies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
