Error Code (0x80070008)

This may be due to insufficient permissions or disk space on the partition hosting the spool directory"
We got the old-"there is a problem with the system" message and this error in the event log.
A re-boot fixed it but I am wondering if anyone has run into this and knows how to check disk space for said partition?

Do you know the location drive the product was installed to? If so, just check that drive's space availability.

Sorry for the lack of info-R 3 with MSS.
2 MAS's are installed-about 1500 users.
S3500's all the way around.
Forgive my ignorance-I'm a phone guy getting better at Windows/Linux slowly but surely.
