For what?
What kinds of errors are you asking about? Like the F4029 and those types you see in HISTA? There is a document called ALFE (Alfie) for the 4000 that has information on those kinds of errors. If will tell you what they are, and what bits are for what, but it won't tell you haw to actually interpret the message.

below are the errors encounters,,once all the trunks are used we encounter a cut call inbound/outbound calls
19.04.17 11:49:29 30-149 TMANI 10 - 1 FIFO underflow
20.04.17 10:29:05 21-00 TMANI 10 - 2 No dialtone detected
20.04.17 10:36:02 21-01 TMANI 10 - 2 Dialtone detected
20.04.17 10:37:47 30-149 TMANI 10 - 2 FIFO underflow
20.04.17 10:37:52 21-00 TMANI 10 - 2 No dialtone detected
20.04.17 10:40:41 21-01 TMANI 10 - 2 Dialtone detected
20.04.17 10:43:17 21-01 TMANI 10 - 3 Dialtone detected

Looks like some of the Analog circuits have intermittently no dial tone.
Remove the trunks one by one and test with a test phone.
FIFO - First In First Out - the method of dialing was interrupted probably due to a faulty trunk.
