Error can't save record

Hi,
I have two tables that are you linked by the Column "Sales Order No". One table is called "Sales Order Info" and the second is "Survey". Everytime a customer returns the survey attached with the sales order, I wanted to input the survey information. I linked the table so a record would be created in sales order the general inform would be pulled up. Like Customer name, Sales Order Num.

The problem now is when I add a Sales Order is tells me I can't saved or add field bc a related field is required in Survey.

I followed the thread from "HOW DO DESIGN A TABLE BASE ON ANOTHER TABLE". To create the bases of layout.

Goto the relationship window and see how the tables are joined. If you have the relationships cascading, you will need to remove the cascading.
