IM HAVING PROBLEMS AT MORE THEN ONE SIGHT WITH THIS.
HAS ANY ONE GOT ANY INFO ON IT?

Yes. You have been infected by the W32.Navidad e-mail worm. Go to an antivirus site and get information about how to remove it.
Removal requires one file rename, two registry key clears, one registry key change, and one file deletion. Or you can use a repair tool (executable) that is available that will do the work for you.
