error Call manager system is operating on insufficient license

Dear All

I face a Problem at my call manager server error message while i login to server

licensing warring :
system is operating on insufficient license . please upload additional license file

am running call manager 6.1.4.1190-3 (Under Linux)

After logging in, go to the SYSTEM tab, licensing, license unit report. That will tell you how many licenses are available and how many you are using. Sounds like it might be time to buy more.
