Error C010 in GWIA

Hello

I have this error message when I try to connect to my mailbox via a POP client (Outlook or Netscape) : Groupwise Login Failed : C010, but it's all good when I open it with the groupwise client.

Can Someone please HELP me?

What version of GroupWise are you running? Have you applied any Support Packs?

Also, this error that you are seeing... are you seeing it at the CLients workstation, or are you seeing it on the POA? Are you getting any errors on the POA?

I'm running Groupwise 5.5 with the latest support pack from novell, I have this error on the POA :Reconstruction of the database caused by the error: c010, and on the GWIA : Groupwise login failed: C010.

Did you start seeing this error AFTER you installed GW SP5?

How do you have Outlook setup to access the GWIA via POP3, by IP Address or by DNS name?

I would check your DNS to make sure that you have a host entry AND a MX created for the GWIA.
