Error backing up Exchange

Hi @all,

i have a problem backing up our exchange cluster. i installed legato and the exchange module on both phisical nodes, used nsrxchsv as backup command with the a user who has enough rights to backup exchange. One week everything worked fine but now I get an error message:

I made no changes to the legato configuration. Another problem is, that legato tries to backup exchange again and again. the message i receive is only:

done saving to pool ....
saving group Daily_Exch to pool. .....
done saving to pool ....
and so on...

Anybody any idea?

Hello,
I had the same problem (and others...) using Networker Module for Exchange 3.0:
The "SRS" is a part of MSEXCH: saveset and has to be initialised (or ignored if you dont need it)

I replaced
MSEXCH:
by
MSEXCH:IS
MSEXCH:MB
and the save is successfull.
But now I have a status 0x8004010F in eventlog; Legato said I have to desactivate Circular logging in exchange, but I have not tested it yet.

Remeber MSEXCHS also.

With Exchange 2K, there is no MSEXCHS saveset
It was only valid with Exchange5.5 as far as I know.
