error attempting to playback live sessions

Hi,

while tryping to playback live session an error occurs "There is a problem with the broadcast client. Please contact your system adminstrator." and then terminates the playback session. I searched out a solution given by IBM on their Technote site (

but no results. Can anybody suggest a way, if gone through such a problem.
