We have a .NET (2.0) application that pushes IC Assemblies transactions to Accpac. It runs to a certain point (inconsistant number of trans.) then it throws out the error: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Coding should be correct. We traced, debugged and tested in VS 2005 on our development server and got no error messages.
